
Get ready to go bananas for our delicious Cheesy Goreng Pisang!
Our easy to prepare snack is perfect for any occasion & impossible to resist!
A pinch of turmeric powder/yellow food coloring
300 ml Karihome Goat Whole Milk (reconstituted) or as needed
Cooking oil as needed for frying
Grated cheddar cheese (topping)
1 teaspoon condensed milk (topping)
1. Peel and slice the bananas in half.
2. Mix rice flour and corn flour in a bowl.
3. Add butter, egg, salt, and Karihome Goat Whole Milk into the flour mixture.
4. Dip the sliced bananas into the flour mixture and fry them until golden brown. Drain excess oil.
5. Pour some condensed milk and sprinkle grated cheese on top of the fried bananas.
Cheesy Goreng Pisang is ready to be served.
